Similar to the tasting notes of Sevruga caviar from the Caspian Sea, Paddlefish lends itself well to creamy pastas or burrata salad with an aquatic piquancy that provides a burst of strong salinity.
Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for 4 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
